I was looking for a recipe to make a great traditional session mead. If possible, around 6,5% abv and semi-sweet (1.016-1.022). Preferably made with orange blossom, wildflower, or a mix.
Yeast can be any kind; wine or beer.
The session mead can be pasteurized/ cold-crashed around the right SG or it can be backsweetened.
And if it needs to be balanced with an acid, please let us know :)!
