Honey Options:
18 lbs Orange Blossom, Meadowfoam or Clover honey
Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.
Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.
Once fermentation is done, rack into secondary with:
- 6oz of oak cubes of American and/or Hungarian light toast
- 5 vanilla beans, cut lengthwise
Rack off of oak and vanilla after 2 months.
