16 lbs Buckwheat honey (preferably Western buckwheat)

10g Lalvin K1-V1116 yeast (as requested)

12.5g Go-Ferm

250ml water

​25.3g Fermaid-O


1.120 SG

1.015 Estimated FG for roughly 13-14% abv


Add honey to fermentation vessel and then add water to reach 1.130 SG. Should be close to 5 gallons total volume.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.
