1.015 Estimated FG of based mead
*Fruit additional in secondary should bump gravity to approx. 1.020-1.025
Top off your honey with enough water to reach the starting gravity listed above
Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.
In secondary, add the following:
- 15 to 20 lbs of ripe plums, cut in half, pitted, skin on. Freeze and thaw before adding to finished mead
