Honey Options:
6 lbs Wildflower, Blackberry or Raspberry blossom honey
Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.
Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.
Allow the mead to ferment dry, rack into secondary and stabilize with sulfite and sorbate.
Secondary additions:
- 20 lbs of frozen and thawed blackberries
- Roughly 6 lbs orange blossom honey to back sweeten to 1.045 SG
Rack into new vessel after 7-14 days.
