Honey Options (choose one):
1) 16 lbs Bee Seasonal's Acacia blossom
2) 16 lbs of California or Mexican Orange Blossom
Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.
Add the following to your must (preferably in a mesh bag):
- 3 lbs of frozen and thawed strawberries
- 8oz of dried hibiscus
- 1 honeydew melon cubed or sliced (leave peel on but remove seeds)
Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.
After fermentation is complete, stabilize with sulfite & sorbate and back sweeten with more honey to 1.005 SG. This will take approximately 1 lbs of honey to reach.
