Honey Option 1:
7 lbs Mexican or California Orange Blossom
Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.
Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.
This fermentation will finish dry.
Once fermentation is done, rack into secondary and stabilize with sulfite & sorbate.
Then add the following:
- 2 lbs or honey
- 1 gallon of 100% cranberry juice
- 5 oz of fresh orange zest
Rack off of secondary ingredients after 7 days.
