Honey Options:

12 lbs Bee Seasonal's Acacia blossom honey, Mexican or California Orange blossom or any other light honey varietal


Add your honey into a bucket and top off with enough water if needed to reach the starting gravity listed above.


Follow the Yeast Handling and Nutrient Addition process on MMR.


Once fermentation is done, rack into a secondary vessel with:

1 oz crushed coriander seed

8 oz fresh lemon peel

2.5 lbs dried cranberries


Tip: Add each of the above mentioned secondary ingredients in their own mesh bags, that way you can remove each ingredient individually as you get what you want out of them while still leaving the rest in.


You can expect full extraction of your secondary ingredients within 2-3 weeks.
