CASCARA (COFFEE FRUIT)

5 gallon 18.8g Go-Ferm 376ml water 15g Uvaferm VRB 30g Fermaid-O 1.145 SG / 33.28 Brix 1/3 sugar break = 1.095 1.035 Estimated FG Honey Options: Option 1: 19 lbs Dark Wildflower honey Option 2: 12 lbs Dark Wildflower honey + 7 lbs Avocado Blossom Option 3: 10 lbs Dark Wildflower honey, 6 lbs Avocado 1 lbs Buckwheat You will be making a Cascara tea to use as your water, as follows: - Bring 2-3 gallons of water to 200F - Move pot off heat - Add 1 lb of Cascara (in a mesh bag) to the water - Steep for 5 minutes - Remove Cascara from water - Let water cool to room temperature, or add water and/or ice to make up a total of 3 gallons total volume to help cool quicker Add your honey (from one of the options listed above) into a bucket and top off with the Cascara tea.
